Our average hanging weight for a whole Angus or Hereford beef is 500 lbs. Cut and wrapped in vacuum sealed packs it will be 275-300 lbs. The cuts of beef include: Ground Beef, Stew Meat, Cube Steak, Brisket, Chuck Roast, Rump Roast, London Broil, Eye of Round, Sirloins, NY Strips, Ribeyes, and Filet Mignon. A $1,250 deposit reserves a whole beef. Final cost will be determined by the hanging weight of the beef. Free delivery within 25 miles of the farm.
